AAMIR KHAN PRAISES VIRAT KOHLI FOR HIS SPECIAL INITIATIVE

Virat Kohli took an initiative on honouring the sportspersons from various fields. He launched this initiative with Sanjiv Goenka RPSG recently and the awards function was held to honor the sportsman and sportswoman for their contribution in Indian sports. This was the first edition of “Indian Sports Honour Awards” organised by Virat Kohli Foundation on Saturday. Many other famous sports personalities like Sania Nehwal, PV Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth, Sania Mirza, Mahesh Bhupathi, Ashish Nehra, Zaheer Khan along with many other were present during the event.

This grand event of “Indian Sports Honours Awards” was held on Saturday evening at Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. Many bolywood personalities like Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Anushka Sharma, Sidhartha Malhotra, Malaika Arora, Ritesh Deshmukh along with many other were present in the event. Aamir Khan prasied Virat Kohli for taking this initiative of honouring the personalities. He said, “I am very happy to be here today, I think what Virat is doing and his entire effort to support to young sportsmen across the country is a wonderful idea, and all the different sports are included, so it is a great idea and we are here to support him.”
