BIRTHDAY SPECIAL: MISS POOJA DESERVES ALL THE CREDIT FOR REVIVING PUNJABI MUSIC INDUSTRY

Gurinder Kaur Kainth a.k.a Miss Pooja is one such name in Punjabi Entertainment industry who has achieved the height of stardom on her own. Born on 4^th December 1980 in Rajpura Punjab, Miss Pooja is widely regarded for reviving Punjabi duet songs in Punjabi music industry. Miss Pooja is famous for recording back to back songs and since her debut, has released duets with more than a 100 singers.

Miss Pooja holds a Masters degree in music and made a debut in 2006 with song ‘Jaan to Piyari’. In 2009 she came out with her solo album titled ‘Romantic Jatt’. In 2012, Miss Pooja made her entry in Punjabi film industry with two Punjabi films titled ‘Punjaban’ and ‘Channa Sachi Muchi’. Miss Pooja has also gained fame in Hindi Film industry for her song ‘Second Hand Jawaani’ in Saif Ali Khan starrer ‘Cocktail’.

Recently, Miss Pooja established a world record for recording the most number of music videos in the world. Miss Pooja herself had shared the news with her fans with a Facebook post. Apart from this, Miss Pooja has already made a world record for recording 1500 songs.
