Bollywood Actor Irrfan Khan Is Suffering From ‘Rare Disease’

The 51 years old Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan tweeted on Monday that he is suffering from a rare disease and is fighting for choices. He said that he along with his family have been taken aback by the unforeseen awareness of the rare illness he has been suffering from.

He tweeted, “Sometimes you wake up with a jolt with life-shaking you up. The last 15 days, my life has been a suspense story. Little had I known that my search for rare stories would make me find a rare disease. I have never given up and have always fought for my choices and always will. My family and friends are with me and we are working it out the best way possible. In trying times, please don’t speculate as I will myself share with you my story within a week- 10 Days, when further investigations come with a conclusive diagnosis. Till then, wish the best for me.”

Irrfan Khan also suffered from Jaundice last month due to which shooting schedule for his upcoming movie with Deepika Padukone was postponed by director Vishal Bhardwaj. On the work front, his movie “Blackmail” which is a black comedy helmed by Abhinay Deol is slated to release on 6 April 2018. Irrfan Khan is sharing screen space with Kriti Kulhari and Divya Dutta. “Blackmail” features the reprised version of Guru Randhawa’s super hit song “Patola”.
