10 Punjabi Songs That Were Reprised In Bollywood Movies And Created Buzz All Over The World

Punjabi Songs are the party favorites. Whether it be a wedding, Dj, Birthday, Baraat or any celebration moment, it is incomplete without Punjabi Music. Punjabi beats have become so popular that even Bollywood movies are considered incomplete without a Punjabi song. Here we have brought a list of Punjabi Bhangra Songs that have been reprised in Bollywood Movies and have created music sensation all over the world. The first in the list is "Kala Chashma". This song was originally written by Amrik Singh Shera who was the Head Constable Of Punjab Police, Kapurthala, Punjab and is a 90's released dance number. And, this song got reprised for the movie "Baar Baar Dekho" in 2016 and was featured on Katrina Kaif and Siddharth Kapoor. The reprised version broke all the records on the internet and has been viewed for more than 402 Million times on Youtube. The second in the list is the heartthrob of millions "Angreji Beat". The original song was done by Honey Singh and Gippy Grewal which once again recreated the magic in the movie "Cocktail". It carried the same party feel as it carried years ago. Featured on Deepika Padukone, the hottest girl of B-Town nailed with her dance moves in the song. Next in the list is song "Suit". Guru Randhawa's song "Suit" became so popular in Punjabi Music Industry when it got released. Afterwards, in 2017, Guru Randhawa did his Bollywood entry with the reprised version of "Suit Suit" for movie "Hindi Medium". This song gave Guru so much exposure in Bollywood Industry and he was called for more music in Bollywood. "Dil Chori" was done by Hans Raj Hans in 90's. The super hit song did a comeback and brought back the love of Punjabi Music Industry, Yo Yo Honey Singh. Yes, Honey Singh's comeback with the reprised version of "Dil Chori" blown away the internet as soon as it got released. It broke all the records and became the No.1 party preference of everyone.   Next in the count is the song "Soch". Hardy Sandhu released this song with beautiful Himanshi Khurana in the year 2013. This emotional song was reprised with the title "Soch Na Sake" for the Bollywood flick "Airlift" that featured Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur in 2016. It has some changed lyrics. The song is sung by Amaal Malika and Arijit Singh and the female portion was also added that was sung by Tulsi Kumar. Then we have Guru Randhawa's song "Patola" that is created for "Blackmail". Both of the versions, original and reprised are near to reach 100 Million club on Youtube. Guru Randhawa's other Bollywood hit numbers count "Ban Ja Tu Meri Rani", "Lagdi Hai Thai", "Nachel Na" and "Kon Nachdi". The song "Mundeyan To Bachke Rahi" was done by Punjabi MC in early 2000's. And now, after almost 16 years, the song is reprised for the latest release "Baaghi 2" with the title "Mundiyan" sung by Navraj Hans. Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani have done full justice with the song with their fantastic dance moves. In a statement, Sukhbir mentioned, that it's 17 years, and he is still earning because of his song "Oh Ho Ho". Song "High Heel" was originally done by Jazz Dhami and was recreated for Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor for the movie "Ki & Ka". Meet Bros have done the music for the new song. The song has also got awards under different categories. "Saturday Saturday" brings us back to the memories of rap and party. the song was reprised for Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan for the movie "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya". The song went viral in hours and was played in every party.
