We all know that Milind Soman is the unofficial ambassador of fitness in India. He has always been an inspiration and motivation for everyone. Even at age 51 women can’t stop themselves from having crush on this handsome hunk. Milind Soman was present for “Amazon India Fashion Week”. He walked for the designer Nida Mahmood’s show at a Delhi fashion gala last night. And guess who gave her a tough competition on the ramp. None other than a 101 years old runner from Chandigarh, Mann Kaur.
Mann Kaur is proudly known as the “Miracle Of Chandigarh”. She had started running at the age of 93. She had also won a Gold Medal at World’s Masters Games in Auckland that happened this year in April. She had also won Gold Medals in Shot Put and 200 mts Events. Mann Kaur is now keeping an eye to compete in the World Masters Games to be held in Malaysia next year. She lives in Canada with her son and spends her time in India also.
When asked about her athletic spirit, she said, “I feel good when I tun on the track and represent my country on International levels and win medals. I listen to GURBANI everyday and believe in myself before any event that relaxes my soul. I will perform on track till my last breath and I will start preparing for the Malaysian event to be held next year. My advice to the young Athletes is to follow a routine and train daily. ”
Talking about the Fashion Week it was about the show that defied age, fitness and expectations. Supermodel Actor Milind Soman (Age 51) attended the Spring-Summer 2018 edition of the Amazon India Fashion Week (AIFW). Mann Kaur stole the show for the night. She jogged on the ramp and to make her feel easy and boost her confidence, Milind Soman walked slowly on the ramp. The actor tried and gave her the full limelight. Which further gave the lady fame that she was well deserving of. She claims that her personality at this age is a mix of good diet and strict training regimen which gives her appropriate strength and energy to run.
