After A Brief Halt, Abhay Deol To Make A Comeback With An Important Role In Shahrukh Khan Starrer 'Zero'

As much as his impeccable acting skills, Abhay Deol is equally known for his tendency to stay away from the limelight. The ‘Oye Lucky Lucky Oye’ star who was last seen in ‘Happy Bhaag Jayegi’ has been away from the film industry for quite some time now. Well, seems like there’s good news for his fans as Abhay Deol is all set to return to the big screen with Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Zero’. Such is the anticipation around this film that the audience wants to know every single detail about this film.

Starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles, Zero has been directed by master storyteller Aanand L Rai. Though nothing much has been revealed about Abhay Deol’s character in the film, rumours are rife that he will be seen romancing Katrina Kaif. The duo was last seen in Zoya Akhtar directed cult movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.

Well, that’s just not it for Abhay Deol’s fans because as per the news the actor had been setting the stage for his five upcoming films. The actor who recently wrapped up shooting for ‘The Field,’ a mafia thriller based in Delhi, which also features Brendan Fraser of ‘The Mummy’ and ‘George Of The Jungle,’ fame, will also be making his debut in South Indian Film Industry with A.R.Murugadoss directed ‘Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kathai’.
