Bollywood films have been reshuffling a lot owing to the coronavirus scare in the nation. The films that were scheduled to release in March, April, or May have been put on hold while the films that were to be shot during those months are still not completed. Amid all those films, one of them is Ajay Devgn starrer film ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’, may get postponed too. The film was set to release in August during Independence day this year, but now the makers may release the film in December. According to a news portal the makers are planning to release this patriotic drama on Vijay Diwas (December 16), so as to coincide it with the 49th anniversary of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war, which is the backdrop of the film. The report stated that a week-long schedule featuring Ajay Devgn’s action sequences is pending. The Abhishek Dudhaiya directorial film showcases the story of Indian Air Force squadron leader Vijay Karnik, essayed by Ajay, who rebuild the IAF airbase in Bhuj with the help of his team after it was destroyed by the Pakistan army. Apart from Ajay Devgn, the film also features an ensemble cast of Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, Nora Fatehi, Ammy Virk and Sharad Kelkar among others.
