Akshay Kumar’s ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ May Now Release On This Date On OTT Platform

Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ directed by Raghava Lawrence, was supposed to have a theatrical release on May 22, 2020; but couldn't see the light of day on that date.

Since the cinema halls are shut due to coronavirus pandemic, no films are being released in theatres. As an alternative, films are being released on OTT platforms. Ayushmann Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan's ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ became the first Bollywood film to have an OTT release. And now it is being reported that Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani's ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ will release digitally as well.

If the reports are to be believed, the film will release on the Independence Day. However, it isn't sure whether the film will clash with Salman Khan and Disha Patani's ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ on any OTT platform.
