GREEN TEA

Although research which has been done on EGCG has been from laboratories and not on humans but seeing the positive feedback from the labs, many clinical trials have been done to gather evidence on anti-cancer properties of green tea and EGCG.

But the tea brew with the tea leaves is more beneficial and rich in anti-oxidants than the tea bags which are available on the market these days.

Green tea has several other benefits too. It is especially beneficial for heart diseases, weight loss, and toxicity. It also helps in digestion. You can make your green tea tastier by adding lemon and honey to it.

PURPLE GRAPE JUICE (No added sugar and preservatives)

This juice which is made from purple grapes is also an anti-cancer beverage. It contains anti-oxidants like resveratrol which helps in reducing the spreading of cancer.

It also has benefits like reducing the risk of blood clots. It reduces the bad cholesterol (LDL-low density lipoprotein). Also helps in preventing damage to blood vessels in the heart.

There should be no added sugar and preservatives in the juice as it minimizes the benefits.
