Atrangi Re: Last Shoot Schedule Of Akshay, Sara Starrer Begins In Delhi

It had just been a few hours when Akshay Kumar shared a picture with Sara Ali Khan on his Instagram handle and announced that he has joined the team of  ‘Atrangi Re’ at the shoot.

Anand L Rai’s ‘Atrangi Re’ features Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush and Akshay Kumar in the lead role.

Reportedly, Akshay has joined the team in Delhi, and they will be shooting in Delhi for the last shoot schedule of the film. Going by the reports, it is going to be a 25-day schedule in Delhi, Noida, and Agra.

Recently, Akshay met with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to discuss the shooting of his next film ‘Ram Setu’.

A source close to the team reports “They will be shooting in real locations in and around Delhi, including Old Delhi, and a university campus in Noida, where they are currently placed, and in Agra as well. The film will wrap up with this final schedule, the last day being December 29.”

‘Atrangi Re’ kicked off in Varanasi in March, but the shoot was halted during the pandemic.

The director describes the film as a ‘cross-cultural love story’ set in Madurai and Bihar, revolving around ‘funnily weird’ characters played by Sara, Akshay and Dhanush.
