It is ‘King Of Comedy’, Kapil Sharma’s birthday today and we shall here, flip the pages of his life’s booklet to know some facts about him. Kapil Sharma is one of those famous Punjabis who has created a renowned place in the ‘mayanagri’ Mumbai. Let us know more about him.
Born on April 2nd, 1981 in the sacred city of Amritsar, he is a hard core Punjabi. He is exceptionally good in his ‘Ambarsari Punjabi’and speaks Hindi too. He is not only a great singer but an amazing television presenter and a host too. He rose to fame through Sony’s show ‘Comedy Circus’. From there to beginning with his own show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, he has created a successful life for him with his efforts.
Hailing from a non -filmy family, he has worked to give an identification of his native place and state in the entire country. Not only comedy, he is serious about several other things in his life. From promoting animal rights and PETA to Narendra Modi Ji’s ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’, he has recently voiced out for supporting NGOs working to provide food and beverages during lockdown. He has inherited those values of social service from his father. His father Jeetendra Kumar Punj was Head Constable and now his brother is also serving in police department.

Kapil Sharma has not witnessed only happy episodes of life. After death of his father, he was put up with responsibilities of his family. He was only in tenth class when the tables were turned. Even during his journey of comedy, rift between him and Sunil Grover added fuel to fire. Then performance of Kapil’s films ‘Kis Kis Ko Pyar Karun’ and ‘Firangi’ had also affected his success.
Fighting all the odds, he then came back with his show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ again. His mother ‘Janak Rani’ does not skip any of his show. Now, Kapil is a married man. He tied knot with Ginni Chatrath in 2019. He is a proud daddy of a daughter named as Anayra Sharma who took birth in 2020.
During this lockdown, how will he celebrate his birthday is a big question. As of now, he is locked in his house of Mumbai with his three months old daughter Anayra and other family members. So, this one might be a peaceful birthday for him. We wish him a very happy birthday.
