BIRTHDAY SPECIAL : SATINDER SATTI IS THE GEM OF PUNJABI ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY

Satinder Satti is one of those poplar names in Punjabi Entertainment Industry, who, despite not being a part of the usual limelight, has achieved a star status over the years. Thanks to her charismatic presentation skills, her strong grip and deep knowledge of Punjabi literature, Satinder Satti has won many accolades for her performances as a popular television host.

Satinder Satti started her anchoring career from youth festivals in  Guru Nanak Dev University and went on to anchor shows on Doordarshan, Alpha Punjabi, E.T.C. and PTC channels and even has two music albums titled ‘Moh’ and ‘Peeng’ to her credit.

After representing the state in different  in different international artistic forums, Satinder Satti took over as chairperson of the Punjab Arts Council in October 2015 and managed to pass an order that makes it mandatory for multiplex owners in Chandigarh and Punjab to screen at least one show of Punjabi films in a day.
