‘Chitthi’ – Next Showing At PTC Box Office

A short-story of love, beauty and sacrifice, ‘Chitthi’ will be shown next at the PTC Box Office on Friday, 7^th December at 7.00 PM. Directed by Gaurav Rana, the film has an interesting story, solid acting, and lots of emotions that will keep you glued to the TV screen.

‘Chitthi’ is a story of Laddi who falls in love with a girl Charno.

Laddi is a fun loving boy and he respects his elder brother Charana. Charna gets married to a noble kind hearted girl, Kulraj. Soon after the marriage, Charna had to leave for Calcutta. Now, the responsibility to look after the household work and Laddi falls on Charna’s wife Kulraj’s shoulders.

She treats Laddi like her son. Laddi falls in love with a girl who hails from his Bhabhi’s village. He requests his Bhabhi to speak to her and try to fix his marriage by talking to girl’s parents.

Interestingly, one day Charan returns to home with cops chasing him. After a brief hide and seek, cops nab him and take him to the jail.

From the jail, Charan writes a letter to his wife Kulraj that will change her and Laddi’s life forever. Their happiness will turn to sadness in a fraction of time. From there, the story will take a new turn.

What is written in Charan’s letter? Will Kulraj and Laddi be able to survive in this unplanned and unwanted circumstances? Will Laddi be able to tie the knot with his love interest Charno? Will Charan gets justice? All these answers will unfold this Friday at 7 PM. Don’t forget to tune into PTC Punjabi.
