Confirmed! Kapil Sharma To Marry Ginni Charath On December 12

Comedian-actor-director Kapil Sharma is all set to marry his long-time girlfriend Ginni Charath on December 12. The wedding will be followed by a reception on December 14. The venue of the wedding will be in Punjab's Jalandhar.

Kapil Sharma, who is currently enjoying the success of his latest Punjabi production “Son of Manjeet Singh”, confirmed this news while talking to a leading news agency IANS.

"The wedding is on December 12 in Jalandhar. That's Ginni's hometown. We wanted to keep it low key. But Ginni is the only daughter in her family. Her folks wanted the wedding to be on a lavish scale. And I completely understand their sentiments. My mother also wants the wedding to be lavish."

Earlier, during the promotions of the film “Son of Manjeet Singh”, Kapil talked about his wedding plans with Ginni, but he never disclosed the date and the venue.

While talking to Indian Express, he had said: “Yes, it’s happening. Sab ki ho rahi hai main kyun peeche rahun (Everyone is getting married, why should I be left behind.) But the date hasn’t been decided yet.”

Meanwhile, Kapil is back in Mumbai for the shooting of his all new ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. The show will be aired on SonyTV. However, the date and schedule hasn’t been disclosed yet.

He posted a picture of himself along with his friends from a plane. He captioned the image as: “back in mumbai after one n half month.. now it’s time to make u people laugh with the new season of #TKSS.”
