Coronavirus Outbreak: Farhan Akhtar Recreates ‘Zinda Ho Tum’ From ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’

“Dilon Mein Tum Apni Betaabiyan Leke Chal Rahe Ho

Toh Zinda Ho Tum

Nazar Mein Khwaabon Ki Bijliyan Leke Chal Rahe Ho

Toh Zinda Ho Tum…”

Thinking about 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', we all think about this beautiful poem from the film. Even though Farhan Akhtar has recited a beautiful poem in his film ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, he has recreated it for the recent time, considering the situation of the pandemic right now.

Farhan is urging his fans to stay indoors and help fight the novel coronavirus. While he has often taken up to the social media to tell his fans to stay inside and stay safe, this time he has a poetic twist with his message.

He shared a video of him reciting the poem, which read like this:

"Chahro pe mask pehen rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum

Houseparty pe yaaron se baat kar rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum

Chheenko ke jhoko se tum door rehna sikho,

Bheed mein shamil hone ko nahi kehna sikho

Har insaan se tum milo bandh ke apne baahein

Har pal exit sign ko tarasti dikhengi nigaahein

Jo pocket mein sanitiser rakh rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum

Chahro pe mask pehen rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum”
