On Saturday, Jacqueline Fernandez appeared at Delhi's Patiala House court along with her lawyer Prashant Patil for the hearing of her bail plea in Rs 200 crore money laundering case that involve conman Sukesh Chandrashekar and others.
Last month, Jacqueline was granted interim bail in the extortion case. Later, an interim bail was granted after the court's order for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to file a reply to the actor's bail application.
On August 17, last year, a supplementary chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate mentioned the name of Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused.
The Court further directed ED to provide a copy of the chargesheet to all the accused in the case. Likewise, Jacqueline was also summoned by ED several times for investigation.
As per ED's earlier chargesheet, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi were questioned and stated that they got top models of BMW cars from the accused Sukesh.
