Do You Know? Salman Khan Once Wanted To Marry Juhi Chawla

Salman Khan has confessed in an interview given in 1992 that he once proposed to Juhi Chawla when they were on tour in Vancouver along with Aamir Khan, Divya Bharti, Raveena Tandon and many others. Just think! Bollywood’s eternal bachelor would have been a happily married man if Juhi Chawla’s father had accepted his proposal. Well! Salman’s proposal was rejected by Juhi’s father and the reason is quite strange.

He was touring Vancouver in 1992 with Aamir Khan, Raveena Tandon, Divya Bharti, Juhi Chawla and many popular singers of that time like Kumar Sanu and Udit Narayan. In this video, the actor looks very different from now. He seems quite mischievous and the interviewer had a tough time getting a straight answer from the hero. Bollywood star looks extremely tired and had a leg injury but still he managed to be present in the interview.

As the chat begins, Salman pretends to be Aamir. Then, he goes on to saying how the crowd cheers for Mr Perfectionist more and not him. Taking their discussion further, he talked about their upcoming film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, which had not released then, Bollywood actor confessed that he was delaying the released of this movie as he felt that the press will be praising Aamir more for his performance. He could also be heard talking about being the clown in AAA, while his costar Aamir gets to play the hero.

Salman could be heard saying “Juhi is very sweet, adorable girl. I toh asked her father if he’d let her get married to me”. Then, making a face he tells how Juhi’s father turned down his proposal. Salman’s personal life is more talked about than his professional one. He has been in many relationships throughout his life with Sangeeta Bijlani, Somi Ali, Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif. He was also linked with Jacqueline Fernandez, though they never confirmed it. Currently, he is in a steady relationship with his Romanian girlfriend “Iulia Vantur”.
