‘Excited To Make My Punjabi Film Debut Opposite Dev Kharoud’, Says Mehreen Pirzada

The gorgeous Punjabi beauty Mehreen Kaur Pirzada says she is excited to make her Punjabi film debut opposite Punjabi superstar Dev Kharoud in ‘DSP DEV’. Directed by Mandeep Benipal, the film is about an honest police officer whose aim is to not just flush out crime but criminals as well.

Recently, the lead actors of the film Mehreen Pirzada and Dev Kharoud featured in PTC Punjabi’s show Rangli Duniya to promote their film. During the interaction, Mehreen Pirzada reveals that she was excited to make her Pollywood debut with ‘action star' Dev Kharoud.

Mehreen Pirzada, who has featured in over 12 South Indian films, said: “I am actually from Bhatinda, Punjab. And, I am really excited to work in my first Punjabi film and that too opposite superstar of Punjabi cinema Dev (Kharoud)’.

In the film, Dev Kharoud is portraying the role of honest police officer Dev Shergill while Mehreen Pirzada is playing his love interest.

Besides Dev and Mehreen, the film also features Manav Vij , Aman Dhaliwal, Girija Shankar, Shavinder Mahal, Nita Mohindra , Tarsem Paul, Lakha Lehri, Mahavir Bhullar, Sukhwinder Raj and Ram Aujla in important roles.

The action-packed entertainer is releasing on July 5.
