EXCLUSIVE: ‘I Faced It Too,’ Poonam Pandey Shares Her #MeToo Story – Watch Video

Model-turned-actress Poonam Pandey has said that she too has faced #MeToo moment in her life during her initial days of modelling. The actress termed the incident ‘unfortunate’.

While talking exclusively to PTC Punjabi, Poonam Pandey said that she faced an awkward moment during her first assignment as a model.

“Obviously, even I have faced this kind of sins in my initial days. I think, many girls faced this kind of awkward situation during their struggle. Unfortunately this is a normal thing,” Poonam said while talking about on #MeToo movement in the country.

“I remember the incidence when for the very first time I met a co-ordinator during my modelling days. He said something bizarre to me and I was like seriously ‘did you said that’. I asked that man very politely that police station is just 5 min walk from here, would you accompany me. He immediately walked off from the room,’ the actress said.

Meanwhile, Poonam Pandey is waiting for the release of her upcoming romantic movie ‘The Journey Of Karma’. Directed by Jagbir Dahiya, the film also stars veteran actor Shakto Kapoor in an important role.
