After raising excitement among fans by regularly posting videos and pictures from his boxing sessions, Farhan Akhtar has finally begun shooting for his upcoming film ‘Toofan’ on August 28.
Farhan took down to his official Instagram handle, sharing the picture of the clapperboard. He wrote: “Day 1. ?

However, the film went on floor on August 25, as Farhan shared the muhurat pictures with his Insta fam. He captioned Rakeysh's picture as: "The calm before the storm.

Toofan is being directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, and the fans will see Farhan as a boxer in the film. It is going to be a heartfelt story of a boxer.
Rakeysh and Farhan has previously worked together for Milkha Singh’s biopic ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ in 2013. The award winning duo is coming back after 6 years with Toofan.
Reportedly, Toofan is not going to be a biopic, but a fictional story unlike ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’.
