First Look of 'Mar Gaye Oye Loko' Director Simerjit Singh’s Debut Production ‘Television’ Released

Punjabi industry has many singers who turned actors and vice-versa. Now, the people working behind the camera are exploring new domains. Recently, director Pankaj Batra announced his untitled movie as a producer and now, Simerjit Singh has also come up with his first movie created under his production label.

Titled ‘Television’, this film has ‘Kulwinder Billa’ in its leading starcast. The movie is slated to release in 2019. Taking it to his social media handle ‘Kulwinder Billa’ shared a poster to give the audience the first look of upcoming movie ‘Television’. Along with the poster he wrote:

From the poster it appears that Television will be a periodic drama. Although, we won’t be able to reveal much about it for now as the details about it are still under wraps.

Simerjit Singh is one of the most renowned directors of Punjabi Industry, well-known for his period dramas. Some of his popular works include ‘Angrez’ and ‘Subedar Joginder’. His latest directorial ‘Mar Gaye Oye Loko’ is scheduled to release on 31^st August. The movie will be a laughter dose for the audience and features Gippy Grewal, Binnu Dhillon, Sapna Pabbi, Karamjit Anmol, B.N Sharma, Jaswinder Bhalla and Gurpreet Ghuggi in important roles.
