From Being A Cop To Lead Actor In ‘Saak’: Here’s Jobanpreet Singh’s Inspiring Journey

Jobanpreet Singh is all set to make his debut as a lead actor in Punjabi film ‘Saak’. In the film, Jobanpreet Singh is playing the character of Fauji Karam Singh. Written and directed by Kamaljit Singh, the film also features actress Mandy Takhar who is playing the love interest of Jobanpreet Singh in ‘Saak’.

Jobanpreet Singh has an interesting journey. Jobanpreet's journey into the film industry came through his love for theater. Prior to becoming an actor he joined Punjab Police in 2010. However, he kept doing theaters and his passion helped him to bag a role in Hollywood film ‘The Black Prince’ in 2013.

Since then, he never looked back and featured in films such as Rupinder Gandhi-2 and Kande. He also worked in Aamir Khan’s Dangal as a production manager.

The very talented Jobanpreet Singh is now all set to enthrall the audience with his appearance as a lead actor in ‘Saak’ which is a love story of a soldier who hasn’t seen his fiancé. The film is based on the time period 1980.
