Tough workout, diet plan and being active on social media takes up most of her day apart from being a socialite. She shares her fitness journey on instagram through videos and posts and makes sure she takes out time for fitness.
Her workout schedule is such that every set is for 10 minutes 30 seconds wherein she takes a break of 30 seconds between the repeat sets, and a break of 2 minutes until the next set. She loves running during the rains apart from skipping. She starts her workout schedule with a minute of jumping jack as a warmup. In her first set, she does 15 reps of inch walk, jumping jack, 15 reps shoulder, 1 minute inch walk, 12 slide electoral, 1 minute jumping jack and 15 push ups. In her second schedule, 1 minute jump squat, 1 minute dumpbell, 1 minute plank jack, 1 minute shoulder dumpbell squat and 1 minute high intensity exercise.
Drinking a good amount of water is the beauty secret behind her youthful face and flawless skin. She also consumes a lot of lemon water, which is good for fat burning. She only believes in consuming healthy and nutrient rich food items.

She does not believe in working out empty stomach, rather works out after having a portion of fruits and a glass of cold coffee. She only eats 3 times a day and is very strict about her diet. For breakfast she eats a banana, an egg, some salad and a glass of cold coffee whereas lunch is roti, vegetable and Daal. She takes a midmeal between lunch and dinner, which is a handful of mix nuts. Mandira has her dinner before 8pm and is usually very healthy and carb-free.
A hardcore vegetarian she fulfills her protein intake by consuming paneer and tofu.
Being an inspiration to girls and women of all age groups, Mandira puts up pictures of herself in a bikini flaunting those toned curves and those well-thought of tattoos. Mandira will soon be making a comeback in Bollywood with an upcoming movie “Saaho” starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor.
