Jaani is one of the most amazing lyricist and music composer of the Punjabi music industry with his writing for the songs like ‘Soch’, ‘Joker’, ‘Filhall’, ‘Qismat’ among many others. From time and again he has proved that he writes some of the heart touching melodies for the Punjabi music lovers.

Known for writing hearting lyrics of some heartbreaking songs, Jaani started his singing career with a religious song ‘Sant Sipahi’ in 2012.

His song ‘Jaani Tera Naa’ by Sunanda Sharma was the first song ever named after a lyricist.

He has started his own music label known as Desi melodies with filmmaker Arvindr Khaira and musician B praak.

Not many people know that Jaani’s full name is Jaani Johal.
