Swati Maliwal's demand is for the death penalty for rapists of a minor.  She wants the Government to set up a fast-track court to complete the trail in minor rape cases in six months with the recruitment of 66,000 Police Personnel in Delhi Police. she has also demanded for the better Forensic Labs.
