History! Diljit Dosanjh Becomes First Turbaned Figure In Madame Tussauds -See Photos

Superstar Diljit Dosanjh, known for crooning songs like ‘Putt Jatt Da’, ‘Laembadgni’ among others, has unveiled his wax figure in presence of his fans in New Delhi on March 28. The wax statue will be installed at Madame Tussauds in New Delhi.

With the launch, Diljit has now become the first turbaned figure to be installed in Madame Tussauds.

Earlier, the wax statute was scheduled to be unveiled on February 28, but due to tensions between India and Pakistan forced the makers to postpone the unveiling.

The artiste has joined a host of other national and international celebrities at the attraction including Virat Kohli, David Beckham and Sachin Tendulkar.

On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh will next be seen in Bollywood film “Arjun Patiala”. In “Arjun Patiala”, Diljit will again be seen playing a role of a police officer.     The film also stars Varun Sharma and Kriti Sanon in important roles.

The film is releasing in July.
