How Rich Is Diljit Dosanjh?
Diljit Dosanjh is a well known face in Pollywood industry. Born in a village near Jalandhar, Diljit Dosanjh stepped into the Punjabi entertainment industry with his first album Ishq Da Uda Ada in 2000. However, he tasted the success only after he released his third album Smile.
Since then, he never looked back. He kept on working on his dreams and delivered hits like ‘Lak 28 Kudi Da’, ‘Proper Patola’ ‘Patiala Peg’ and ‘5 Taara’ among others. These super hit songs get him a tag of a blockbuster artist.
After ruling the music industry, Diljit Dosanjh tried his luck in acting in 2011 with ‘The Lion of Punjab’. He then featured in movies like Jihne Mera Dil Luteya and Disco Singh among others. He got recognition as an actor after his 2012 film Jatt & Juliet became the blockbuster hit and broke numerous records at the box-office. Diljit Dosanjh went on to bag the PTC Punjabi Film Award for Best Actor for the movie.
His hard-hitting performance in Punjab 1984 made him a versatile actor.
After ruling the Punjabi film industry, Diljit stepped into Bollywood with Udta Punjab. In the film, he shared screen space with actors like Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. His performance in the film received applause from the movie lovers across the globe.

He then featured in second Bollywood film opposite Anushka Sharma in Phillauri.
Following his success in Pollywood and Bollywood, Diljit Dosanjh became the first turbaned artist to get his wax statute at the Madame Tussauds in New Delhi.
According to the Forbes 2018 list of 100 richest Indian celebrities, Diljit was ranked at 45 on the list with over Rs 18 crore earnings. The 2018 Forbes India Celebrity 100 List rankings were based on estimates of entertainment-related earnings of celebrities.
Thanks to the commercial success of his songs, films and his brand endorsements, DIljit found his place on the list which was topped by Salman Khan with over Rs 253 crore earnings.
His earnings are expected to increase in 2019. With movies like ‘Good News’ and ‘Shada’ in his kitty, he would definitely climb up the ladder.
