"I HAVE HAD TWO PEGS OF WHISKEY WHEN I TWEETED PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI", SAYS KAPIL SHARMA

After shifting his focus from stand up comedy to films, Kapil Sharma has proved his metal time and again. Kapil Sharma is quite busy these days with the promotion of his upcoming Bollywood film, Firangi. During one such promotional event Kapil talked his heart out about the ups and downs in his career and he specifically mentioned the controversial tweet that involved the Prime Minister of India.

Kapil who once tagged Prime Minister Narenda Modi in a tweet talked about the incident saying that when he had already downed two pegs of Whiskey when he tagged Narendra Modi in his tweet. Talking about his basic nature, kapil said he had always been like that. He said that he used to create ruckus in inebriated condition with friends and next day morning he would forget everything. Kapil conceded the fact that now he is 36 years old and needs to act accordingly.

To remind you of the incident, kapil had tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his tweet on 8^th September saying, “I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still i have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office for making my office”. The comedian did not stop at that, as he went on to post questioning the PM saying, “Yeh hain aapke achhe din ?”.
