According to reports, Janhvi Kapoor would be joining Tiger Shroff in the movie. At the same time, the producers are still hunting for an actress to play opposite Akshay Kumar. However, the film's production team has not yet made any public announcements regarding the same.

The movie's title, 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', was chosen for a purpose that has nothing to do with the first picture, the director said. Produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Himanshu Mehra, and Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie is scheduled to be released in December 2023.
