Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Akshay Kumar Suggests Sequel Title To Salman Khan

Salman Khan surprised everyone when he announced his next project ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ for Eid 2021, which will be directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiawala. Akshay Kumar wished him luck for the film, but also suggested a quircky title for the sequel.

He tweeted: ‘Congratulations to my dear friends, Sajid Nadiadwala, @BeingSalmanKhan and @farhad_samji on Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Wishing you guys all the love and luck. Have a name suggestion as well for the sequel... Kabhi Eid Kabhi Christmas’

Salman was last seen on the silver screen in Prabhudeva’s action film 'Dabangg 3'. The film, co-starring Kichcha Sudeepa, Sonakshi Sinha and debutante Saiee Manjrekar, isn't performing as great as its prequels. The film, now in its fourth week in cinemas, has not even crossed the Rs 150 crore-mark, a performance which is clearly not at par with that of Salman’s previous releases.

Salman’s next release is 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai', which is also being directed by Prabhudeva. The action drama will come out on Eid 2020.
