Mahesh Babu’s Bollywood Can’t Afford Me’ remark generated a lot of buzzes recently. Meanwhile, during her promotion for her forthcoming action film ‘Dhaakad’ in Delhi, Kangana was asked about the Telugu star’s remark.

Kangana agreed to it and said, “Ye toh unhone sahi kaha (He is absolutely right). I agree with this.”

She further said he received a lot of offers from different filmmakers and that his generation of actors has taken the Telugu cinema to the top of India’s film industry.

Thus, Bollywood cannot afford him, she said, adding that she was unaware of the context in which Babu made those remarks.

She further said that she didn’t want to discuss the linguistic gap between the two industries as ‘this country has numerous languages and all of these were essential.

On the work front, Mahesh Babu is currently promoting his film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ while Kangana is busy promoting Dhaakad which is set to release on May 20.
