KAPIL SHARMA BREAKS SILENCE OVER 'PADMAVATI' ROW

Comedian/Actor Kapil Sharma has finally broken his silence over Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial project ‘Padmavati’. Kapil Sharma, who was recently in Delhi to promote his film ‘Firangi’, said that every person has the right to express his or her view.

‘Padmavati’ row took a bitter turn when the a corpse was found hanging at the Nahargarh fort in Jaipur while a message was carved in a stone nearby that read ‘We don’t burn effigies. We kill.” Kapil Sharma said that every person has the right to protest but threatening someone in the name of protest in wrong.

Kapil Sharma’s ‘Firangi’ is expected to get a benefit amidst this row as ‘Padmavati’s release was recently postponed which made Kapil shift Firangi’s release date to 1st December.
