Kavita Kaushik Shares A Video Taking A Dip In Ice Cold Water

Kavita Kaushik took it to her social media handle to share a video in which she is visible taking a dip in the ice cold water that has -35 degree low temperature. Along with the video she captioned:

"The dip in -35 degree water !! I wanted to take 3 dubkis but at the end of the 2nd one I felt like thousand needles were piercing my skin and my head getting numb (most people achieve it without the dip?) but after this dip my body felt super strong and energetic and cold has never hit me thereafter, hence the backless blouse at my snow wedding ?!! Do not try this pls its dangerous, I won’t endorse it for anyone but myself to do!

If uve not jumped into the frozen zanskaar river in Ladakh u don't know what it is to die n come ! P.s I ran for 4 kms uphill like a horse after this dip n reached the bus first like an enthu school kid . Got go much fresh energy !
