Lakhwinder Wadali Mesmerizes Audience With His Live Performance In Grand Finale Of ‘Voice Of Punjab Season 8’

The Punjabi musician who belongs to the family of legendary "Wadali Brother", Lakhwinder Wadali is always honored and appreciated for his Sufi singing. He has that magic in the vocals that give life to the lyrics given to him and it was a great privilege to listen him live while performing on the Grand Finale of Voice of Punjab Season 8, held on 23rd Feb in Amritsar.

Lakhwinder Wadali is amongst those artists who have music in their blood. He has performed live on the stage with his talented band crew members and given an energetic performance which not only hypnotized audience to dance on their feet but also won the hearts of millions watching him live on the PTC Channel. The audience enjoyed the whole medley that he sang on the stage and it was a real stress buster performance which made us forget all our worries and tiredness.

We had an interaction with him backstage and during our interaction, he quoted, “I belong to Sufiana Family and my basic motto was to deliver a message for Sufi Singing. Bhangra and Beat songs are also equally important. We should have different flavors and colors in our performances. I was performing in front of more than 10 Thousand people. But, people sitting at home watching this performance on PTC Punjabi Channel must have enjoyed this performance. All the fans of Voice of Punjab wait for the Grand Finale to witness the live performances, thus it is a big responsibility to provide them all the possible entertainment.”

He has been part of Voice Of Punjab for a long time. But, due to his pre commitments and busy schedule he could not participated in the season actively. But, in spite of being busy he followed the whole program and felt privileged to perform on the Grand Finale stage. He was a celebrity guest during the different studio rounds of contestants and shared that he loved to see the artists performing.

Lakhwinder Wadali appreciated the efforts done by PTC Punjabi for coming forward to bring such reality shows that up bring the talent of people who are interested in music. According to him, Voice Of Punjab motivates people to be attached with the music at their young age. Contestants’ mentors give a dynamic grooming during the sessions to be friendly with the cameras and mikes.

He congratulated PTC Punjabi for providing people a big platform and showing them the right way to follow their dreams. Lakhwinder Wadali shared about his upcoming event, which is UK Tour. He was seen very excited for the tour as he said that they are performing for the first time in UK. There will be four shows in the UK. He revealed his first show which will be in London on 4 April and said that rest of the information he will be sharing with his fans through social media. Lakhwinder also talked about his upcoming project is “Tappe 2”. “Tappe 2” will be totally anew composition. This will be releasing soon and he has high hopes from the song.
