Laung Laachi 2: Gurnam Bhullar On a Roll, Bags Another Film With Sargun Mehta?

Punjabi singer turned actor Gurnam Bhullar is on a high point of his career as he bags another Punjabi film. The actor may soon be seen in the second installment of ‘Laung Laachi’ series. Titled ‘Laung Laachi 2’, the movie may also star Sargun Mehta in the lead.

Gurnam Bhullar shared a story on his Instagram handle with the Jagdeep Sidhu and Sargun Mehta titling the story as 'Laung Laachi 2'.

According to the reports, the movie will also mark as the acting debut of writer-director Jagdeep Sidhu. Laung Laachi was the highest grosser of 2018, which starred Amberdeep, Neeru Bajwa, Ammy Virk, and Amrit Maan in important roles.

Laung Laachi was the story of a newly married man sharing an unusual relationship with his wife, and sets up to win her heart as they live like strangers. The movie also won many awards at PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2019. Mannat Noor was awarded with the best playback singer award for the title track. Amberdeep Singh was also awarded for best debut male performance.

However, there is no official announcement about the movie and we are not quite sure on what will be the story of the movie or what will be the genre, if there is any sequel to be made of 'Laung Laachi'.

The trio is already working together for their upcoming movie ‘Surkhi Bindi’ which will release on August 30.
