The trailer of the much awaited film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ will be released on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, October 2. Actress Kangana Ranaut will be portraying a character of Rani Laxmibai in the film.
Before the trailer launch, the makers of the film released few pictures of the lead actress to increase the excitement among her fans.

Meanwhile, actress Kangana Ranaut has said that she is proud of "Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi", and is looking forward to its release.
"I am extremely proud of this film, portraying a character who empowers and inspires. We have put in our heart, blood and sweat into making this film," Kangana said..

Produced by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain, "Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi", directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, is slated to release on January 25, 2019.
Rani Lakshmi Bai was one of the fiercest warrior queens, who fought for independence against the British army.
