While the whole Punjab is mourning the untimely death of Sidhu Moose Wala, Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma Thursday penned an emotional note on Instagram urging people to respect their parents.
Taking to Instagram, Sunanda Sharma said some incident reminds you of your past. Also, she thanked her parents for raising her strongly despite the hardships that they faced.
She wrote: "Main apne maapevo di badi shukarguzar an, kena kuch na hon de brawjood v maint change school/college ch padaya A Feesan joge paise nai c, fer v kito na kito karke meri fees kadd dinde c mahine di... (I am thankful to my parents who educated me in good school and college despite having nothing with them. They used to manage money for my fees)"
"Kayi waar main gusse ho jandi hundi c mummy papa nal, k mainu aah nai laike dinde oh nai laike dinde.. par main nai c jaandi k maa baap ena majbur v ho janda ai, k apne bache di khawahish puri karan layi ohna di jeb ijazat nai de rahi hundi (I used to get angry sometimes that they don't bring me that but I was unaware that they were so helpless that their pockets didn't used to allow them)" her statement reads.
She further wrote: "Bada kuch dekheya ai bachpan ch, islayi jado kuch aisa sunde an yan dekhde an tan sidha apne time yaad aunda ai (Have seen a lot in childhood and that's why whenever I listen to something like this, it reminds me of my past)"
"Badi mushkil nal paalde ne maapeyo apne bacheyan nu Maabaap da khayal kareya karo (Parents raise their kids with so many hardships. Take good care of them)" she concluded.
