Parineeti Chopra Shares Still From Sets Of Kesari, Says ‘Proud To Be A Part Of It’
Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra, who is currently busy in shooting for Karan Johar's Production ‘Kesari', shares a still from the sets of the film and says she is proud to be a part of this ‘epic experience’.
Directed by Anurag Singh, film ‘Kesari’ also stars Akshay Kumar in the lead and the film is said to be based on the Battle of Saragarhi of 1897.
Parineeti, who is playing the leading role in the film, took to her Instagram to share a pic from the film’s set and captioned it as: “Anytime I watched a war movie, it was the love story of those brave men that kept me going.. so proud to be a part of this epic experience!!! Thank you Akshay sir, Kjo and Anurag sir for allowing me to be a part of your vision. You all have made one of the most beautiful movies people will ever see!! People - Don’t miss it on 21st March 2019!!!”
Earlier in an interview with IANS, Parineeti heaped praise on her co-actor Akshay Kumar and said that she learnt a lot from him while shooting for this film.
“It is an absolute pleasure working with him as there is so much to learn from him (Akshay Kumar)," Parineeti told IANS.
Slated for a 2019 Holi release, ‘Kesari’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2019. In the film, Akshay will be seen playing the role of military commander of 21 Sikh soldiers named Havaldar Ishar Singh who fought against thousands of Afghani invaders.
