Recently a video of an elderly woman running a small road-side parantha stall in Punjabi turned viral on social media. It features a woman aged 70, earning an honest day’s pay with her small stall. She talks about how people spend thousands of rupees on fine-dine, whereas she serves food at a nominal charge. However, even when she talks about her struggles, the smile doesn’t leave her face.
The video and the woman’s hard work is being highly praised and supported on social media. Artists like Diljit Dosanjh, Ammy Virk, Jazzy B, and more have shared the very video with heartfelt notes.
