Priya Varrier Most Searched Personality On Google, Sapna Choudhary On Third

Malayalam actress Priya Prakash Varrier, who rose to the fame following her wink act in song 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi...' from the film 'Oru Addar Love' has become the most searched personality of the year.

The Malayalam actress was followed by Priyanka Chopra's spouse Nick Jonas in the list of most searched personalities. Priyanka herself was the fourth most searched personality on Google.

The third and the fifth positions went to dance performer Sapna Choudhary and actor Sonam Kapoor's husband Anand Ahuja respectively.

Besides personalities, Neha Kakkar’s ‘Dilbar Dilbar’ song is among the most searched songs on Google in the year 2018, Google India said on Wednesday. The other songs that ruled the roost included Arijit Singh's 'Tera Fitoor' and Atif Aslam's 'Dekhte Dekhte' from Bollywood.

Sung by Neha Kakkar, ‘Dilbar Dilbar’ is from John Abraham's ‘Satyameva Jayate’ which was released on August 15, 2018. The video of the song has over 357 million views on YouTube.

The song features actress Nora Fatehi, who is also a renowned belly dancer, and film's protagonist John Abraham. It is a revamped version of the iconic Nineties track, from the film Sirf Tum. The original version of the song was picturised on Sushmita Sen and Sanjay Kapoor.
