PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2020 Nominated Film ‘Chal Mera Putt’ Re – Released In Dubai Due To This Reason

Punjabi film makers are re – releasing their films outside the country as different countries are opening up and the cinemas are opening up in those countries to bring people out of their homes and give them a reason to enjoy the best of Punjabi cinema in the theatres again.

The makers of the film released the official poster for the re-release on social media. The film was originally released on July 26, 2019.

Punjabi film ‘Chal Mera Putt’ starring Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal in the lead, received positive reviews from the Punjabi movie lovers across the globe. The film emerged as the highest Punjabi opening weekend of 2019 by grossing A$ 313,404.

Directed by Janjot Singh, the movie has been written by Rakesh Dhawan. The story of the film revolves around Indian and Pakistani nationals trying hard to make a living in a foreign land. Going by the trailer, the film is very entertaining.

The film is nominated for PTC Punjabi film awards 2020 under numerous categories such as: Best comedy film, best debut director, best screenplay, best supporting actor, filmy yaar of the year.
