‘Qismat 2’ Renamed As ‘Lekh’: Rumor Or Truth?
‘Qismat’ is undoubtedly one of the gems of Punjabi film industry, delivered by Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Jagdeep Sidhu. The film became a hit, instantly in 2018, and was one of the highest grossing films ever that year.
Soon after ‘Qismat’ became a blockbuster, the buzz of its sequel started making the rounds. Lately, the Qismat team announced the coming of the sequel with a post, which said that Qismat 2 will hit the theatres on September 18, 2020. Meanwhile, another post came by Ammy and Jagdeep which said a film named ‘Lekh’ to release on September 18, 2020. So, does this mean ‘Qismat 2’ is now named ‘Lekh’?

On the workfront, Ammy and Jagdeep are already coming together with their film ‘Sufna’ on February 14. Besides, Ammy is currently shooting for his film ‘Puadaa’ starring Sonam Bajwa opposite him. Sargun, on the other hand, will be seen in ‘Sohreyan Da Pind Aa Gya’ opposite Gurnam Bhullar next year. Interestingly, ‘Puadaa’ and ‘Sohreyan Da Pind Aa Gya’ will clash at the box office on June 5.
