'Rahul Gandhi with Chinese girl': Netizens slam Congress leader for partying at Nepal's Kathmandu nightclub

While the Congress party is facing a deep leadership crisis, a video of former Congress president Rahul Gandhi ‘partying’ at a nightclub in Nepal's Kathmandu has surfaced online and the netizens are slamming him for it.

In the viral video, Rahul Gandhi can be seen with several persons in the background consuming liquor and grooving to music at Nepal's Kathmandu nightclub.

Sharing the video, BJP leader Amit Malviya tweeted, “Rahul Gandhi was at a nightclub when Mumbai was under seize. He is at a nightclub at a time when his party is exploding. He is consistent. Interestingly, soon after the Congress refused to outsource their presidency, hit jobs have begun on their Prime Ministerial candidate (sic).”

The video surfaced hours after Congress criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his ongoing trip to Europe. Congress tweeted, “Desh mein sankat chhaaya hai, par sahab ko videsh bhaaya hai (The ‘Sahab’ is enjoying abroad while the country is facing a crisis)”.

Replying to the Congress party, BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga posted the viral video with the caption, “Sahab”.

Likewise, social media users took a dig at the former Congress chief with some witty remarks.

While some called it "a Mentos Zindagi", one of the users wrote: "Dude PM is on an official trip to Europe for bringing more investment and jobs to India while Rahul is on private tour partying in Kathmandu with a questionable Chinese lady."
