She has become a part of the Royal New Zealand Air Force at the age of 22. According to the reports, Ravinder is the daughter of Gurpal Singh and Manveer Kaur who hail from Hoshiarpur and is settled in Wellington, New Zealand. She was also a cadet in New Zealand Air Force from the age of 13 to 18. She underwent training in April 2018 to enter the Air Force.
