The trailer of Anupam Kher’s much awaited film ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ has been released on YouTube by the makers on December 27. Anupam Kher’s ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ is based on former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. While Anupam Kher portrays the character of India’s ex-PM Manmohan Singh in the film, Akshaye Khanna is playing the role of author Sanjay Baru, who served as the media advisor of Manmohan Singh from 2004 to 2008. Undeniably, after watching the trailer, it appears to be one of the most promising films of not only Anupam Kher but Akshaye Khanna’s filmy career as well.

Father-daughter duo Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor are sharing the screen space together for the first time in 'Ek Ladki...' where they are playing role of father and daughter. Besides, the film also stars Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles. The trailer of the Kangana Ranaut’s starrer much anticipated period drama titled ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ has been released. The makers of the film organised a gala event the launch the trailer in Mumbai. Film’s lead actress and director Kangana Ranaut, singer Shankar Mahadevan and other important members of the film were present at the trailer launch event.

Going by the trailer, ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ looks like a promising treat for the historic cinema lovers. Kangana’s action sequences are one of the key things to watch out in the trailer. Earlier, the teaser of the film was released two month’s back and it opened with the voice-over by legend Amitabh Bachchan who narrates the story of Queen Manikarnika’s rebellion against British. Co-directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, the movie is based on the life of Rani Lakshmibai and her struggle against the British. Besides Kangana, the film also features Atul Kulkarni, Ankita Lokhande, Danny Denzongpa, Suresh Oberoi, Kulbhushan Kharbanda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub among others. ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ will release on January 25, 2019.
