Satyameva Jayate 2 First Look Poster: John Abraham Looks Promising As Super-hero Cop
Ever since John Abraham’s action drama ‘Satyameva Jayate’ hit the screens last year, the audiences have been waiting for a sequel of the film. Finally the makers have revealed the first look poster of the film.
John will appear again on-screen in the sequel of this popular 2018 action drama film, exactly a year from now. The sequel will star Divya Khosla in the lead role along with John, and the movie will release on October 2, 2020.
John took down to his official Instagram handle to share the first look poster of the film with his fans. He looks fierce as he tears his cop uniform and unveils the tricolors of the Indian national flag from his chest. John captioned the poster as: “The truth prevails AGAIN!! Returning next Gandhi Jayanti, October 2nd 2020 - #SatyamevaJayate2”
Meanwhile, Divya Khosla is returning to acting with the Milap Zaveri-directorial, said she was waiting for the right film to come her way. "I didn't want to act in a film just for the sake of it. For me, what mattered was the story and the role, and I got the right opportunity with this film," she said to a leading news agency.
She also took down to her Instagram to share her look from the film.
Divya made her acting debut in 2004's "Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyon". She later turned to direction with films such as "Yaariyan" and "Sanam Re".
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani, the film will hit the screens on October 2, 2020.
