Diljit Dosanjh wraps up Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra's biopic: Diljit Dosanjh, the Punjabi sensation, is undoubtedly one of the most well-known celebrities. Not only has the singer-actor made the audience laugh, but he has also proven his versatility in period dramas. The musician, who is preparing to dazzle his fans again with his upcoming biopic on activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, has finished filming for the same.

The announcement of the film's completion was recently shared by Diljit Dosanjh and the singer also expressed how much delighted he was to work with director Honey Trehan. Sharing a picture of himself Diljit Dosanjh wrote, "Karan Karawan Apey Aap ??Till Date This has been My Career’s Toughest and Most Challenging Role. Wrapping up with Lots Of Emotions in My Heart ?? Gratitude & Respect for @honeytrehan Bhaji ?? Sarbat Da Bhalaa ??"

Diljit Dosanjh also shared that the character he is playing in the biopic is one of the most crucial and important roles he have played in his entire career and that he feels thankful to the makers for choosing him for the movie.

For the unversed, the film also stars Arjun Rampal in a key role along with many other celebs. The shoot of the film have been done in various location in Punjab; primarily near Amritsar.

Though, there is no official poster or release date of the film has been announced by the makers, but as the shoot completes, fans are eagerly looking forward to hear a word on the same.

About Jaswant Singh Khalra

Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra was a human rights activist who gathered information on the missing Sikh men following Operation Blue Star. He was last seen outside his home in 1995. He was kidnapped by cops, according to witnesses.

According to eyewitnesses, he was kidnapped by police officers. Officials denied the charges at first, but a probe later discovered some proof at the Tarn Taran police station. The officers who were found guilty were sentenced to life in prison.

Moreover, several pictures and videos, from the filming of the biopic Jaswant Singh Khalra have surfaced on the internet. Now, fans are waiting for makers to announce the film's title and release date ASAP.
