Sidhu Moose Wala's father files FIR against unknown persons who leaked 'SYL' song

Days after Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's 'SYL' song was leaked on social media, the late singer's father Balkaur Singh has filed an FIR against the unidentified accused in the matter.

Taking to Instagram, Sidhu Moose Wala's team shared the pictures of FIR. In one of the stories, it wrote: "FIR has been filed against unknown persons who leaked and Forwarded Sidhu Moose Wala's Unreleased Songs. We are sharing FIR Copy. The first accused who got arrested has been forgiven by Sidhu's Mother but we will not forgive the next ones. Kindly don't engage in such activities."

Sidhu Moose Wala’s song ‘SYL’ was performed and written by Moose Wala himself. It is produced by MXRCI and the artwork & video were done by Navkaran Brar. The song was released on June 23 at 6 pm. However, it was leaked on June 20 only.

This was the first song of Sidhu Moose Wala posthumously and his fans were really excited about the song.

It may be recalled that Sidhu Moose Wala’s official account had shared a statement that reads, “We request all the music producers Sidhu has worked with in the past, to refrain from releasing or sharing his finished/ unfinished tracks. If his work gets leaked, we will take legal action against the individuals involved.”

“Please hand over all the content to his father after Sidhu’s Bhog on June 8th. Also, if someone from his extended family or friends contacts any of his music producers for his work please do not share anything. His father is the only one who should get to decide everything,” the statement said further.
