Sonam Bajwa Remebers Grandmother, Posts A Heartfelt Message
Sonam Bajwa is one of the most versatile actors of Punjabi film industry. Known for working in films like ‘Muklawa’, ‘Nikka Zaildar’, ‘Guddiyan Patole’, the actress recently expressed love for her grandmother in front of the entire world.
Sonam was out for a shoot while she met adorable women of her grand mother’s age. This reminded Sonam of her grandma whom she used to call ‘bibi’ with love. She shared their pictures along with an emotional message for her grandmother.
She wrote praises in the form of a lovely post for her bibi over her Instagram handle saying that she misses her giggles and laughs. However, her grandma isn’t on this earth anymore. She penned: “Meri bibi di yaad aagi aaj ehnanu milke. She was so cute like them. She was the first one to call me ‘beautiful’ when other members said I look too ordinary n bad looking out of everybody in the ‘family’. She believed in seeing other people’s heart and intentions and not the outward appearance. I miss her and our giggles . God bless her wherever she is ❤️. Bibi I hope I make you proud someday.”
Sonam expressed how she was targeted in the family for not being beautiful and being ordinary in looks in the whole family. It was only her bibi who whispered in her ears that she is the most beautiful of all. It was only her bibi who looked for internal beauty and not for the external appearance.
Proving to be a great daughter, she winded up her Instagram post by promising her bibi that she would make her proud someday. Sonam Bajwa is gathering appreciation from everyone after this. It is because her cute gesture made those women feel special. After all, people of such a tender age starve for love.
On the cinematic front, Sonam was last seen in ‘Jinde Meriye’ opposite Parmish Verma. The actress is currently shooting for her next film ‘Puada’ with Ammy Virk.
