Popular comedian-actor Kapil Sharma tied the knot with his lady love Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar on December 12. The couple took the wedding vows at The Grand Cabbana resort.
Celebs like Krushna Abhishek, Sumona Chakravarti, Rajiv Thakur, Punjabi singer-actor Roshan Prince, singer Jasbir Jassi and other popular artistes from Pollywood industry graced the occasion with their presence.
Popular Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan enlightened the wedding ceremony with his live performance.
It was very much a Punjabi wedding in terms of the food, barring special Thai food arrangements. Kapil sported a green sherwani for the wedding, the bride, on the other hand, wore a red and ivory lehenga with diamond and emerald jewellery.

Kapil and Ginni have known each other from their college days but the comedian introduced his fans to his ladylove only in March 2017 with a tweet. He wrote: “Will not say she is my better half .. she completes me .. love u ginni .. please welcome her .. I love her so much:).”
Following the wedding, Kapil will reportedly be hosting a grand reception for his industry friends in Mumbai on December 14.
